About HNC
Since 2009, HNC Otomotiv has been a technology and engineering company developing specialized transportation solutions to make life easier for people with disabilities, seniors, and individuals with limited mobility. As the first company in Türkiye to implement TSE-approved wheelchair vehicle conversion systems, we lead the sector.
As HNC Consulting and Disability Services (HNC), we provide tailored vehicle adaptations and the production and marketing of related equipment to help people with disabilities, seniors, and those with limited mobility participate fully in daily life. We also offer transportation services with specially equipped vehicles for those who need them.
In 2012, company founder Esat Tevfik HANCI—focused on vehicle adaptation and mobility for people with disabilities, seniors, and individuals with limited mobility—directed his 29 years of automotive experience entirely toward helping the field become better known and grow in Türkiye.
Our core mission at HNC is to enable people with disabilities, seniors, and those with limited mobility to move and travel without dependence on others—or with minimal dependence—thereby improving quality of life.
In this field, HNC works alongside global leaders such as Autoadapt and Braun, active in more than fifty countries worldwide, so we can benefit from their know-how and broad product ranges.
Through training and joint work with these partners we learned never to compromise on two principles: quality and safety. Accordingly, we neither manufacture nor market products whose quality we are not confident in. Likewise, we do not carry out practices we consider unsafe. Because our goal is to serve individuals—and especially people with disabilities—we are meticulous about quality and safety. Our aim is to earn people’s trust and confidence, because that is what ultimately makes us successful.
We believe this sector will continue to grow in the coming years. We are still at the beginning. We often talk about the needs of people with disabilities, but we know the world’s population is aging. Older adults may not have a disability, yet they can be physically frail while mentally sharp—they want to live life as before. They want to go to summer homes, go out with their partners, and our products help make that possible.
